DNA Script is a biotechnology company specializing in enzymatic DNA synthesis, developing innovative technologies to enable rapid and efficient production of synthetic DNA for various applications in the fields of biotechnology, genomics, and synthetic biology. The company was initiating early sales conversations for the SYNTAX System, a groundbreaking on-demand oligo synthesis system, and was in need of content to communicate the technology concept effectively for interested institutions.
A short explainer video was the key communication piece. Copy was developed with extensive involvement from the R&D team to achieve accuracy and the appropriate level of detail for the audience. In the process, we were able to capture and document the synthesis process for the company, kickstarting the narrative and language to aid their sales team. The video, featured on the company website and social media, gave the sales team the power to explain what process was occurring inside the equipment to produce oligos on demand.
